- Grill chicken legs. If this is not possible, then you can take chicken fillet (150-200 grams) and fry in olive oil in a pan. When the chicken is ready, remove the bones from the meat and cut it into large longitudinal pieces.
- Chop or tear Chinese cabbage not very finely.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with soy sauce, add garlic and lemon juice.
