INSTRUCTIONS
- Rub 1 clove of garlic, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil and put in the refrigerator to infuse for 15 minutes, fry the diced bread.
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- For the sauce, grind the yolks with mustard, rub 2 cloves of garlic, add lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix and send to the refrigerator to infuse for 15 minutes.
