Ingredients: 

  • Pepper and salt as desired 
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • About 2.5 large heads of cauliflower, shredded extra fine
  • About 2.5 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped extra fine

Directions:
