Vinegar–2 tablespoons

Grainy mustard–1 teaspoon

Chicken egg (large)–1 piece

Salt–taste

Freshly ground black pepper–taste

Garlic–1 clove

Olive mayonnaise–taste

COOKING–20 MINUTES  

INSTRUCTIONS  

  • Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, fry on both sides for a few minutes (5–6), never overcooking. Slice diagonally. Cool down.
  • Mix the sauce in a shaker (olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic – through a garlic press, salt and pepper (freshly ground).
  • Grease lavash with a thin layer of mayonnaise, put torn romano leaves on it, top with chicken pieces, parmesan, pour over the sauce and wrap in a neat roll.
