INGREDIENTS/PORTIONS
Green salad–400 g
Chicken fillet–600 g
Parmesan cheese–200 g
White bread–300 g
Garlic–1 head
Mayonnaise–taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the white loaf into slices about a centimeter thick.
- Take a non-stick frying pan and heat it up. Pan the bread on both sides until crispy and brittle.
- Let the slices cool, then rub each slice on both sides with garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Place all the resulting croutons on a dish and place in a dry, warm place for a while. If the bread is not roasted well enough and is soft inside, then you will have to dry the croutons for a long time.
- Boil the chicken fillet and let cool. Then cut into small cubes.
- Coarsely chop the salad (ideally Chinese cabbage). Mix salad, chicken and croutons, season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top.
