Caesar salad with anchovy mayonnaise

Caesar Salad with Anchovy Mayonnaise is one of the best recipes that you should try in your home. Your family will love this recipe. It is one of my favorite recipes because I will always make a homemade sauce that will add to the salad. I will take fresh lettuce and tear leaves with the use of my hands into small pieces. The pouring of creamy sauce over it takes this recipe to another best level.

For this recipe, you will use a high-quality blender that contains a powerful blender. The making of sauce is very easier. I will make anchovy mayonnaise dressing. The ingredients include yolks, butter, etc that will give the best texture like mayonnaise. I always use anchovy fillets in it. But, if you have no idea about them, you can also use its paste.

Further, the next important ingredient use in it is parmesan cheese. If you want to cut too thin slices of cheese, then you should use a potato knife. To make this salad healthier, I use bacon. Cut the bacon into small sizes and then fry. If you do not like bacon, you can add chicken to it. In this way, this dish is a great substitute for a meal also.
