Pitahaya Jam Recipe
This composition apart from being delicious, energetic is perfect for athletes, thanks to the pectin it contains helps improve the digestive system.
- 6 large Pitahayas
- 500 grams Sugar
- Half Orange Juice
- 1 Green Apple
- 1/2 Pitahaya juice
Chop through the center of the pitahaya with a teaspoon, separate the meat.
Place the chopped fruit in a saucepan with the sugar.
Add the apple and cook little by little, mixing so that it does not burns.
When the sugar is completely melted, add the orange juice and cook over low heat without stopping mixing.
Mixing until it dissolves everything, placing it in a glass container and letting it rest before using it.
