A strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt, a healthy and refreshing fruit smoothie that is ready in a jiffy!

- 300 Strawberries
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Natural or Greek yogurts
- 1/2 glass Milk
- Honey
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Freeze the day before preparation, the bananas cut into pieces.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them in half.
Put the frozen bananas, strawberries, yoghurts, milk, one or two good jets of honey (to taste) and 4 ice cubes in a blender or robot.
Blend well and taste, if you like it sweeter add more honey or sugar.
Pour into glasses and consume very cold. Delicious!!
