Strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt, ingredients.
- Serves: 2-4
- Time: 10 min
- Difficulty: easy
INGREDIENTS
- 300 strawberries or strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 natural or Greek yogurts
- 1/2 glass of milk
- honey
- 3-4 ice cubes
Strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt, preparation.
ELABORATION
- Freeze the day before preparation, the bananas cut into pieces.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them in half.
- Put the frozen bananas, strawberries, yoghurts, milk, one or two good jets of honey (to taste) and 4 ice cubes in a blender or robot.
- Blend well and taste, if you like it sweeter add more honey or sugar.
- Pour into glasses and consume very cold. Delicious!!
