A few hours before preparing the salad, you need to marinate the chicken legs.
Grill chicken legs. If this is not possible, then you can take chicken fillet (150-200 grams) and fry in olive oil in a pan. When the chicken is ready, remove the bones from the meat and cut it into large longitudinal pieces.
Chop or tear Chinese cabbage not very finely.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with soy sauce, add garlic and lemon juice.
When all the ingredients are ready, you can shape the salad itself. Cut the tomato into 8 pieces.
First of all, put Peking cabbage, then – crackers, on top of crackers – chicken, then – sauce (just don’t feel sorry for it, otherwise the salad will turn out dry and not tasty) and sprinkle with cheese on top. Place tomato slices on a plate around the edges.
