- 2 pieces Chicken fillet
- 100 g Romano salad
- 50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 pieces Armenian lavash
- 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Grainy mustard
- 1 Chicken egg (large)
- Salt (taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (taste)
- 1 clove Garlic
- Olive mayonnaise (taste)
Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, fry on both sides for a few minutes (5–6), never overcooking. Slice diagonally. Cool down.
Mix the sauce in a shaker (olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic – through a garlic press, salt and pepper (freshly ground).
