Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 Ripe pear
  • 10 Green grapes
  • 2 tbsp Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the pear.
  • Then place the pear in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. 
  • Blend until you get a consistent consistency.
  • Have a glass when required.
