Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Vegetable broth 
  • 1 cup Carrot (cut into slices)
  • One can Beets (cooked)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Non-fat yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan and add carrot & vegetable broth. Now, boil them.
  • When boiling starts, decrease the speed of the heat and cover it. Cook until carrots become tender.
  • After the tendering of the carrots, now add the beets and cook. The beet will also become tender quickly when you cook it with a covering of the lid.
  • Now, pour it into the blender. Keep blending and after only two or three minutes, you will get smooth results.
  • Afterward, pour the smooth soup into the cup of soup. You can add salt as per your taste. 
  • At the time of serving, you can add one spoon of yogurt and mix very well. Serve this delicious beet carrot soup.
