How To Make A Strawberry Banana Smoothie With Almond Milk
I prepare this tasty smoothie with almond milk without sugar to remain 100% natural but for more indulgence, it is possible to add a tablespoon of creamy honey.
- 200 g Strawberries of your choice
- 1 Banana
- 250 ml Almond milk
- 4 or 5 Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp Creamy honey or unrefined cane sugar
Start by hulling the strawberries then put them in the blender bowl.
Then add the sliced banana and pour in the fresh almond milk
If you like very sweet smoothies add at this time unrefined cane sugar or creamy honey according to your choice
Then add the handful of ice cubes
And mix for a few moments until the preparation is smooth
Pour immediately into tall glasses and enjoy this good, fresh smoothie with or without a straw !!
You can also prepare it a few hours in advance and reserve it in the refrigerator in a glass jar with an airtight cap.
