- 6 Strawberries
- 1 Bananas
- 1 Orange
We remove the leaf stalk from the strawberries, wash them well and chop them
We squeeze the orange; Peel and cut the banana in half.
Next, we add the strawberries, banana and orange juice that we have recently squeezed in a blender.
We beat it well until it is a homogeneous mixture without chunks.
