How To Make A Strawberry Banana Smoothie With Yogurt

A  strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt, a  healthy and refreshing fruit smoothie that is ready in a jiffy!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 Strawberries 
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Natural or Greek yogurts
  • 1/2 glass Milk
  • Honey
  • 3-4 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Freeze the day before preparation, the bananas cut into pieces.
  • Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them in half.
  • Put the frozen bananas, strawberries, yoghurts, milk, one or two good jets of honey (to taste) and 4 ice cubes in a blender or robot.
  • Blend well and taste, if you like it sweeter add more honey or sugar.
  • Pour into glasses and consume very cold. Delicious!!
