Strawberry Mango Smoothie With Milk

The low calorie strawberry and mango smoothie is a perfect drink to include in our weight loss diet. It is a fruit smoothie made without added sugars.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams Strawberries
  • 1 Mango (cut into squares)
  • 2 dessert spoons Sweetener 
  • 500 milliliters  Skim milk

Instructions
 

  • We will use natural fruit, a sweetener that you can substitute for a thousand if you prefer, and skimmed milk that you can also substitute for soy or almond milk.
  • Wash all the strawberries. Use a strainer to rinse them under running water and cut off the part of the green leaves. Then chop the fruit so that when processing they are more easily crushed.
  • To continue with our low calorie juice, place the strawberries along with the mango (previously peeled and chopped) in the blender and process at maximum power.
  • As everything is crushed, add the milk so that the shake takes shape. Grind everything until it is as fine as possible.
  • Check the flavor of the juice to maintain the diet and add some sweet if you consider it necessary. Remember that you should not put sugar, but sweetener or honey.
  • Serve the low calorie strawberry and mango smoothie and decorate the glass with a piece of mango in the skin. To enjoy!
