To continue with our low calorie juice, place the strawberries along with the mango (previously peeled and chopped) in the blender and process at maximum power.
As everything is crushed, add the milk so that the shake takes shape. Grind everything until it is as fine as possible.
Check the flavor of the juice to maintain the diet and add some sweet if you consider it necessary. Remember that you should not put sugar, but sweetener or honey.
Serve the low calorie strawberry and mango smoothie and decorate the glass with a piece of mango in the skin. To enjoy!
