This juice is composed of beta carotene, which is good for the eyes and the blood system. Parsley is also a great cleanser at all levels of your body.

- 2 Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped leeks
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 cup Mineral water
- 4 ice cubes
Clean your ingredients (carrots, leeks, parsley) and put them in the blender.
Also add water and ice cubes.
You can add less water or a little more depending on the desired consistency.
Serve leeks juice immediately.
