Cooked Quince Juice
Save a few tablespoons for styling and mash and drain the rest for the juice. Try: in case it is corrosive, at that time do not use the lemon shortly after.

- 1 Orange (cut)
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese or dessert
Cut the pomegranates down the middle. Throw them out by tapping them with a spoon or wooden spoon into a bowl.
Wash, peel, quarter and core the quinces. Place the fur and hearts on a kitchen net, dressing or a piece of cloth.
Peel the orange, save the peel and press the juice.
Put in a meal the pieces of quince, the skin and the bundle of hearts, the pomegranate squeeze, the orange peel, and finally unify and serve.
