Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 piece Lettuce
  • 310 ml Olive oil
  • 16 slices French baguette
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 pieces Anchovy fillet
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce (taste)
  • Parmesan cheese (taste)

Instructions
 

  • Tear lettuce leaves into pieces and place in a large bowl. Preheat your grill.
  • Grease thin pieces of baguette with butter on both sides and fry until golden brown. Refrigerate.
  • Fry bacon, chopped into small pieces, in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Transfer to salad.
  • Put the yolk, chopped garlic and anchovy fillets into a blender, beat for 1 minute. While whisking, pour in the remaining butter. The sauce should look like mayonnaise. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, salt and pepper.
  • Use a potato knife to cut the parmesan into shavings.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, add the Parmesan and stir well. Divide salad into 4 bowls and top with brown baguette pieces.
