Ingredients
  

  • 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pieces Chicken fillet
  • 8 stems Rucola
  • 6 slices White bread
  • Caesar sauce (taste)
  • 150 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 piece Lettuce
  • Seasoning for chicken (taste)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the table: cut lettuce and arugula into strips, tomatoes into halves.
  • Remove the crust from the bread and cut into cubes.
  • Preheat the pan and pour in a little oil (I always take olive oil – then the croutons will not be oily).
  • Place the bread cubes in a skillet and fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat. The cubes should be completely dry.
  • Cut the fillets into cubes and sprinkle with seasoning (Kotanyi is good for chicken).
  • Fry the chicken (in the same olive oil).
  • Immediately after cooking the chicken, you need to serve the salad (while it is hot): mix the salads, tomatoes and chicken, season with the sauce and put on a plate.
  • Top with parmesan and croutons.
