Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Romano salad
  • 350 g Peeled king prawns
  • 12 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g White rusks
  • 10 piece Quail egg
  • 80 ml Caesar sauce
  • 60 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • 20 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce leaves under cold water. Pick up, spread on the bottom of the plate.
  • Pour Caesar sauce over the leaves, stir.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place on lettuce leaves.
  • Boil quail eggs, cool, put on the edges of the plate.
  • Pour the shrimps into boiling salted water (without defrosting), cook for 2-3 minutes.
