- 300 grams Mango
- 8 units Strawberries
- 1/2 unit Banana
- 500 ml Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Ground cinnamon
- Dried ginger powder
- Ice
- 2 slices Fresh ginger
To start preparing this delicious smoothie, start by washing the mango, drying it, peeling it and chopping it.
Next, wash the strawberries well and remove the stem. Chop them lightly. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Put the fruit in pieces in the blender glass. Next, pour the soy drink, add the tablespoons of honey and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon and dry ginger powder to your liking.
Blend the mixture well, beating at a good speed until you get a thick liquid texture without any lumps.
Peel the ginger (you can do it very easily with the help of a teaspoon as if it were a peeler) and cut it into very very thin slices.
