45 tablespoons of mayonnaise

45 tablespoons of plain or Greek yogurt

12 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Salt (to taste)

freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

fresh chives (to taste)

12 tablespoons of milk (Optional if we want to lighten it)

150 g Short pasta

1 Roast chicken breast

1012 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation of homemade yogurt sauce

1 In a large container we put the mayonnaise, add approximately the same amount of yogurt, a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and ground pepper to taste and mix well.

2 We taste the flavor and rectify if necessary, we add chopped chives to taste, we mix again and if we want a more liquid consistency we add a little milk until it is to our liking.

3 We cover with a plastic wrap and reserve in the fridge.

Preparation Chicken pasta salad

1 Cook the pasta in plenty of hot salted water following the manufacturer’s instructions; Once cooked, drain it from the hot water and pour it into a container with cold water and with some ice cubes to cut the cooking.

2 After a couple of minutes we remove the pasta from the cold water and drain it very well, we reserve it for later.

3 We chop the vegetables taking care to make them all approximately the same size; We peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces, put it in a large container, peel the apple and chop it, put the cut apple next to the carrot, we will do the same with the radishes, peel them and cut into slices.

4 Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, cut the avocado in half, remove the bone and remove the meat with a spoon, cut it into small pieces and add it to the same container, add the well-drained corn, the chicken cut to pieces and the pasta well drained.

5 Add the yogurt sauce and mix well, taste the flavor and correct if necessary .; We cover the container with a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge until serving time. We serve the salad with part of the vegetables on one side of the plate and ready to enjoy.
