It’s called a 20 tbsp cake, because all the amounts are (guess what) 20 tbsp.

Well, except for 2 apples, because there are no 20 tablespoons of apples.

I tell you the truth, it is an easy cake, moist and inexpensive.

Step by step to make this moist apple cake

it is very very simple

1- In a bowl, we are going to break the eggs and beat them.

2- Add the 20 tablespoons of milk, mix.

3- Now, we add the 20 tablespoons of oil.

4- The next 20 tablespoons are sugar. We place them and we beat them well again (with a little more intensity) so that everything is integrated.

5- Now yes, there are 20 tablespoons of flour. We are going to mix this part with a spatula and enveloping movements so as not to remove the air from the mixture.

6- Peel and grate the two apples and add them to the mixture.

7- We butter and flour a mold, we place the homogeneous mixture inside. We take it to the moderate oven at 180º for 40 minutes and voila! Easier does not exist.
