NOODLE?? CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES OR NOODLE PAELLA WITH CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES. The noodle was born from fish and shellfish, but like everything in the kitchen it evolves and it can now be made with any ingredient because it is equally delicious. A perfect recipe for any holiday or weekdays, with simple and easy-to-find ingredients, we are going to make a delicious, easy and quick dish that I assure you will be enjoyed by young and old, and if there is a leftover Little for the next day is still delicious, without a doubt you are going to enjoy this recipe for chicken and vegetable noodle or paella with chicken and vegetables noodles, I recommend it.
Ingredient of the Noodle?? CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES:
600 gr Chicken (I have used the upper part of the thigh without skin or bone, but it may be from another area)
150 gr Green beans (Green beans, Green beans, green beans)
Â½ Red Pepper
70 gr Peas (peas, peas)
paprika sweet (paprika)
strands of saffron
oil Extra virgin olive oil
250 gr Noodles(can be otherwise)
1.5 â € “2 Liter vegetables and chicken broth (can be of water with concentrated broth)
Preparation of the Noodle ?? CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES:
Ingredients ( Photo 1 ).
1 Prepare the vegetables for the chicken noodle ; Chop the onion and garlic, trim the green beans and then cut them into pieces, put the chopped beans in a container with plenty of cold water, peel and cut the carrots into small pieces and put them next to the green beans, we split the Pepper in half, remove the seeds and optionally peel it with a potato peeler ( Photo 2 ), then cut it into small pieces, grate the tomatoes through the largest holes on a grater and reserve all the ingredients for later ( Photo 3 ).
2 We cut the meat into small pieces and then we put a paella or wide casserole on the fire with about 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil, when it is hot we add the meat with a little salt and fry it at high temperature until it is browned ( Photo 4 ), followed by adding the onion and minced garlic, mix well and cook everything together at the same temperature for about 4 minutes, stirring often.
3 Next we add the pepper, green beans and carrots, mix well and cook everything together for about 3 to 4 minutes at the same temperature and stirring often ( Photo 5) , then we add the grated tomato and Mix well, continue cooking at the same temperature for about 5 more minutes or until the tomato has fried and lost all its water ( Photo 6 ).

4 Once the sauce is done, we make a space in the center of the paella and put the saffron threads there to toast for a few seconds ( Photo 7 ), done this we add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and quickly it We mix everything, pour the broth or water, (we will put at least 2 and a half measures of broth or water with respect to the measure of noodles that we are going to put), we also add the peas, mix well and add salt to the taste ( Photo 8 ).
5 Once it begins to boil, let the vegetables and meat cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, after the cooking time, if the broth has reduced too much, we can add a little more and let it cook for about 5 more minutes. ¡S ( Photo 9 ), add salt if necessary and add the noodles, mix well and cook at medium temperature for 10 minutes.
6 After 10 minutes of cooking, lower the heat to medium low and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes ( Photo 10 ), after the last 5 minutes of cooking we test the doneness of the noodles if they are tender to our liking we turn off the heat and let it rest covered for about 3 to 4 minutes.
7 But if we notice that the noodles are still a little hard, we set the fire to pussy and cover the paella, let it cook for about 4 to 5 more minutes or until it is to our liking ( Photo 11 ), (depending of the brand the noodles take a little more or less to be cooked), then we turn off the heat and let it rest covered for 3 to 4 more minutes and ready to enjoy.
