Peeled king prawns–350 g
Cherry tomatoes–12 pieces
White rusks–40 g
Quail egg–10 pieces
Caesar sauce–80 ml
Grated Parmesan Cheese–60 g

INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the lettuce leaves under cold water. Pick up, spread on the bottom of the plate.
- Pour Caesar sauce over the leaves, stir.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place on lettuce leaves.
- Boil quail eggs, cool, put on the edges of the plate.
